We pride ourselves on offering personalized attention to every client who finds exercise difficult, perhaps due to medical reasons or perhaps carrying excess weight. Having been around for nearly 100 years, Pilates has a reputation for providing incredible health benefits, from strengthening one’s core to improving one’s mood. Our Class Descriptions
FUNDAMENTAL MAT PILATES (BEGINNER)

This class is designed for those who are new to their Pilates journey. This class is designed to follow the Introduction class and focuses on building a strong Pilates foundation through a slower-paced approach. A low-impact mat exercise class that focuses on strengthening the body through a series of PRECISE Joseph Pilates movements and breath control. It primarily targets the core, but also works other areas to improve overall strength, flexibility, and postural alignment.

FUNDAMENTAL MAT PILATES (INTERMEDIATE)

A good understanding of the beginner MAT PILATES class is required to advance into Intermediate Level. This class is for practitioners who have a solid understanding of the exercises and transitions and can stay aligned throughout the workout with minor cues.

BANDS AND BALLS COMBO-ALL LEVELS

This fun class is designed to follow Introduction class and the beginner MAT PILATES class and focuses on building a strong Pilates foundation through a slower-paced approach. A low-impact mat exercise class that adds some additional variety to our existing mat Pilates classes. Prepare to have fun and roll like a ball.

SPINE CORRECTOR (INTERMEDIATE)

The Pilates spine corrector (also known as the step barrel, or Pilates arc) is an ideal piece of equipment for aligning and mobilizing the spine and improving posture. This class is perfectly designed to improve spinal mobility and strengthen your back, shoulders, legs and abdominals.

REFORMER/TOWER (BEGINNER)

This class is designed to follow the Introduction and Fundamental mat classes and focuses on building a strong Pilates foundation through a slower-paced approach. Beginner class is awesome for those who are new to their Pilates journey, excellent for Pilates moms who are just returning from maternity leave or anyone looking to add some movement back to their bodies. We hear you! We combine movement for your mind and body to experience Pilates as an overall full body workout.

REFORMER/TOWER (INTERMEDIATE)

A basic understanding of the Pilates language and form is required to advance into Intermediate level. This class is not about fitness level but focusing on flowing from one exercise to the next while promoting stamina. Fewer breaks in between exercises are taken, and an introduction to more advanced and challenging exercises.

CARDIO JUMP CIRCUITS (ALL LEVELS)

Suitable for those with no injuries and who enjoy working hard, this class is a low impact, high endorphin class that will work the whole body with a specific ab, glute and leg focus. Prepare to burn some calories in our high energy, low-impact cardio class. Your inner child will thank you and you will walk away with more energy than you came in with.

TR-XO BODY BLAST (INTERMEDIATE)

Tired of the same old workout? This functional training class will challenge the entire body with exercises utilizing the TRX and the EXO chair. Put your core to the test with this intense class featuring Pilates, TRX and other full body exercises. Come get that Hard CORE you have always wanted.

RESTORATIVE REFORMER (ALL LEVELS)

Needing a good stretch? This is a slow, restorative reformer class focusing on movements to help aid longevity, improve balance and strength. Designed for clients who want to reduce aches, manage ongoing joint stiffness or for those recovering from health/mobility setbacks.

Yoga Class

OM! This class is therapy to the SOUL! This sweet and personal practice includes breathing, deep relaxation, self-awareness, self-compassion strengthening, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Suitable for all levels.

FAQs

No problem, and yes, it is typical to feel this way. Students always tell us that they are scared to try it. However, everyone leaves feeling excited and relieved that their experience was fun and comfortable. Our mission is to give our first-time students the best customer service and a safe and fun experience. If you’re not certain whether a group class is appropriate, shoot us an email, and we’ll be happy to help you.

  • If you have any injuries or are pregnant, please let the studio and your instructor know before class.
  • Grip socks are mandatory for class. If you don’t own a pair, we sell them in the studio.
  • For safety and security, late arrivals will not be permitted. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled class time.
  • Mats are not provided. Please bring your own mat to the studio.

Yes! We are currently offering three (3) classes for $75 for fifteen calendar days.

  • * Please bring your*OWN MAT* to the studio*
  • As a courtesy, please show up on time for your class.
  • 12-hour cancellation window for all classes scheduled at 10am and earlier.
    6-hour cancellation window for all classes scheduled between 10:00am-9pm. If you are a late cancel you’ll lose your class.
  • If you have a membership package you will also be charged a fee for late cancellations and no shows.
  • To ensure a safe experience, grip socks are required for every class. If you forget to bring your own, you will be required to purchase a pair, or you may not be able to participate in the class.
  • Please turn off all your electronic devices upon entering the studio, unless by arrangement.
  • We kindly ask you to take shoes and coats off and leave them in the place provided.
  • Please wear suitable attire. No uncovered zips, buttons or other items that may scratch or tear or otherwise damage the apparatus.
  • No jewelry is allowed for apparatus classes as it may damage or get caught in springs and straps and cause injury. For the same reasons, please tie your long hair up for reformer classes. 
  • Please avoid strong perfumes or colognes. 
  • Please no lotion on hands or on exposed skin. This presents a slip and fall potential in many exercises, especially on the apparatus, and can damage the equipment.
  • No glass bottles or drinks other than water are accepted in the exercise room.
  • Please do not bring valuable belongings with you.
  • Clean and replace all equipment you have used after your session, as courtesy offered to the next client. 
  • Please use apparatus, any other equipment, and accessories at your disposal, with respect and care.
  • Clients and guests accept responsibility for all property damage they may cause by not following these rules, except that due to ordinary wear and usage. There is also a $50.00 excess payable for any damage caused. 
  • Please do not chew gum while taking a class. It could become a choking hazard.
  • You acknowledge and agree that the studio is not responsible for safeguarding your personal belongings.
  • You accept all responsibility for the risk of loss associated with any of your personal items.

Having a private session before starting classes is not mandatory but may be helpful. If you have injuries, are just coming back from maternity leave, or just want to try something new, starting with a new private session is a good way to start. We offer an introductory 50-minute session at $185 for three sessions.

To book a class, you need to download the Vagaro App and create an account. Please fill out the liability form and the membership agreement in order to sign up for classes or packages.
